MAIN OBJECTIVE:

The Head - Performance Management, will be a key driver in optimizing organizational performance, aligning individual efforts with strategic goals, and fostering a culture of excellence. Your role involves overseeing performance evaluation, talent development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Strategic Alignment:

o Collaborate with senior leadership to define performance objectives aligned with the company’s vision and mission.

o Develop and implement performance management strategies that drive organizational success.

2. Performance Evaluation and Feedback:

o Lead the design and execution of performance appraisal processes.

o Regularly assess employee performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition.

o Identify high performers and areas for improvement.

3. Goal Setting and KPIs:

o Establish clear performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams and individuals.

o Monitor progress and adjust targets as needed.

4. Talent Development:

o Create a robust talent development framework.

o Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs.

o Foster a learning culture that encourages professional growth.

5. Employee Engagement:

o Promote a positive work environment.

o Encourage open communication and employee involvement.

o Address performance-related concerns promptly.

6. Succession Planning:

o Work closely with HR to identify potential successors for critical roles.

o Develop succession plans to ensure continuity.

7. Data-Driven Insights:

o Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

o Use data to inform decision-making and resource allocation.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.

• Experience: Significant experience in performance management, talent development, or HR leadership.
