MAIN OBJECTIVES:
Assist IOC Management in coordinating with planning & administrative support functions. 
MAIN DUTIES:

Administrative Support

 

  • Maintain and update IOC SharePoint
  • Maintain and update IOC IT Assets record
  • Maintain all training files current and up to date
  • Manage the processes of integration of new aircraft
  • Ensure that all IOC forms and checklists are kept up to date
  • Administration and Day to day office supplies & Stationary administration.

    HR Support

     

  • Maintain and update monthly staff roster.
  • Keep daily record of sickness, call out, DIL and leave
  • Coordinate with HR Officer to update easy system with latest roster to avoid any pay deduction of IOC Staff
  • Ensure IOC records are kept up-to date:
    • Contact lists
    • Documents
    • Procedure Manuals

 

Operations Support

 

  • Follow up with Training department in case of any training requirement as directed by IOC Management.
  • Review IOC's Procedure manual & IOC SI’s on a regular basis
  • Assist MIOCS&OP in preparing and update IOC Procedures Manual
  • Assisting in preparation of QA-Flight Operations audit, Internal audit, IOSA Audits and BCAA audits
  • Respond to Customer care queries and complains in a sensitive and equitable manner.
  • Be a part in delay dispute & resolution management.
  • Assist IOC Management to facilitate flow of information across IOC stakeholders and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Provide reports for any operational irregularity, operational discrepancy and for any situation that deviates from the Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collect all facts and figures after schedule disruption and prepare report for post disruption analysis.
  • Assist IOC Management to prepare various management reports
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
    • Secondary school certificate.
    • Sound command of written and spoken English.
    • Must be computer literate, with proven excellent people management and motivational skills, consultative team orientated working style, high level of entrepreneurial skill, resilient and culturally sensitive with high communication skill.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 4 years experience.
  • Operations area of an airline or Aviation industries
  • Experience of automated operations control systems.
