Main Objectives:
Assisting IOC Performance & Systems Specialist in Managing specifications, development, delivery and integration of systems (new release or upgrade) in order to respond to business and operational IOC automation/information/tools requirements.

Assisting IOC Performance & Systems Specialist to analyze flight movement WOTP data, investigate delay root cause and publish daily OTP report.


Main Duties:
Performance

- Analyze flight movement data and WOTP report.
- Assist to review daily on-time performance report, analyze delay reasons and identify real cause of delay.
- Coordinate with various functions and external entities to investigate real delay causes.
- Provide OTP report on daily basis using MS BI reporting platform.
- Produce ad-hoc specific (e.g. highlighting one particular delay reasons) OTP report for management review.
- Provide support to SMIOC, MIOCS&OP Root Cause analysis.

Systems

- Coordinate with IT to identify and propose WOTP system improvements.
- Keep up-to-date (involvement in daily operations) on IOC operational needs, processes and constraints in terms of information and tools .
- Identify IOC operational needs and potential system solutions.
- Optimize automation, information flows (within IOC and with other functions) and management of business knowledge (e.g. historical performance, operational decisions).
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure adequate quality before integration for new systems, new releases, bug fixes.
- Provide enhancements to Movement Manager through recognized Forums.
- Assist in administration of AMR’s and IMR’s for WOTP, RIO, Movement Manager and FIDS and other tools in use in IOC (e.g. User profiles and user administration).
- Provide report and solutions in the event of system failures.
- Update data in Movement Manager, WOTP and RIO.
- Ensure data integrity on all systems.
- Provide system description and user manuals for systems.

Any other tasks / projects as defined by the SMIOC and/or MIOCS&OP, IOC Performance & Systems Specialist.
Experience:
- At least 5 to 8 years airline experience with proven knowledge of Air Transport processes and practice.
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the operating areas of an airline such as Flight Operations/Ground Services/Engineering preferable.
- Knowledge of airline computer systems.
Qualifications:
- A University degree level of education (Preferably with Statistics /IT subjects) or equivalent with at least 8 years’ of job related experience within flight operations department with sound command of written and spoken English.
- Must be computer literate, with proven excellent people management and motivational skills, consultative team orientated working style, high level of entrepreneurial skill, resilient and culturally sensitive with high communication skill.
