MAIN OBJECTIVES:
To control lounge operation in Bahrain and to ensure exceptional standards of customer services to all VVIP, VIP, and CIP traveling on Gulf Air.
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Ensure all passengers are met upon arrival and departure and accorded the proper amenities, (luggage handling, immigration formalities, transportation arrangements, hotel accommodation and special requests).

2. Liaise and communicate closely with Catering teams, Cargo, Airport Managers, Area Managers and Public Relations Officers of each station in relation to onboard VIP’s.

3. Assist Lounge Supervisor in liaising with management and to select and negotiate for supply of catering, magazines, newspapers and other amenities appropriate for Gulf Air passengers using VIP lounges, considering such criteria as routing languages, nationality of passenger.

4. Assist Lounge Supervisor in replying, follow up, and implementing improvement strategies in relation to Cabin Crew Reports, Customer Relations Department, and any passenger complaints received.

5. Assist Lounge Supervisor in establishing and utilizing a professional working relationship in the areas of communication and public relations with all Gulf Air Traffic/Sales, Reservations Department, Handling Agent staff, CAA Authority, and Amiri Court staff in order to ensure smooth handling of all passengers.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:

Good command of English language both written & spoken, equivalent to Ordinary National Diploma level.

Computer literacy - DCS and Falcon System.
